Teresa

I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain, where I graduated in psychology and teaching. For many years, I worked in Human Resources and Management Development, always combining my job with voluntary work of one kind or another. In 2003, I came to the Netherlands to pursue my international HR career. In 2006, I decided to take a different professional path and to focus on development work as the Project Manager for NOTS, where I form the link between the local partners in the various countries, the investors, and our organisation. I totally share the vision of NOTS with regard to development aid and I had great faith in our approach right from the start, especially given that not many other non-profit organisations have such an entrepreneurial focus. Being so closely involved with our projects in the developing countries and at the same time, working in an entrepreneurial environment, makes it worthwhile for me to give 110% every day to this challenge!
