CONGRATULATIONS
Dear friends of the project "Send a child to School"
Just one hour ago I received the message that our project has succeeded in getting #all the funds !! A real succes and (still) a wonderfull Sinterklaas present. !
We from the board of Stichting Vajra and also our counterpart in Nepal are very grateful that so many people have contributed to the education of Sabina and Nirasa for the next 5 years
They are doing very well and so is our school the Vajra academy in Kathmandu.
Also a lot of thanks to the people of Pif world. They have supported us a lot.
We like to go on with a new project and also will keep you informed about the progress of our two girls !

Motivation
Give these two Nepali kids access to education!
The children who attend Vajra Academy are selected from families that cannot afford good education for their children. Each child is sponsored for a period of minimum 5 years. Teachers of the Vajra Academy school are trained in high quality and child friendly education. The school is also open to children whose parents can pay the regular fees. This makes the school sustainable in the future. The school is the first eco-friendly school in Nepal with a solar kitchen for cooking and a biogas installation. At this moment the school has 133 students.Read more
